Testing throughout the sedimentation and clarification process
1. Influent water samples
Influent water samples are normally tested for turbidity, pH and temperature.
2. Effluent samples
Effluent samples are normally tested for turbidity and pH. Residual coagulant level (usually either aluminium or iron levels depending on coagulant used) may also be tested.
